We’ve all seen brands on Twitter by now, but what’s it like to figure out how to use Twitter on behalf of a corporation? Is this a flash in the pan or a real shift in how businesses communicate with their customers?
To find out, we’re hosting a panel with PepsiCo, Marvel and Comcast on next Thursday, May 28 to discuss how they’re using Twitter.
